Shimla, Nov. 15 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court has voiced serious concern over the State Government's prolonged failure to finalise Recruitment and Promotion (R&P) Rules for the post of Lecturer in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics at the Government Dental College, Shimla.
Noting that the vacancy has remained unfilled since 2010, the court observed that the delay persisted despite clear directions issued by the Supreme Court in 2013 to initiate regular recruitment.
