Srinagar, March 26 -- Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district busted a militant hideout on Wednesday, seizing a cache of arms and explosives, officials said.

The hideout was busted in the Namblan forest area of Baramulla.

Officials said the hideout was busted by a joint team of Police, Army and the Central Reserve Police Force.

"During the search, security forces recovered a cache of arms and explosives, including an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) with a fuse, plastic explosives, 104 rounds of AK-47 ammunition, two AK-47 magazines, two hand grenades, a combat pouch, and two bags," officials said.
