Muzaffarpur, Nov. 19 -- In a major crackdown against those involved in smuggling of psychotropic substances, 1.016 kg of heroin worth Rs 6 crores in international market was seized and two smugglers were arrested in this connection under Ahiapur police station area in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar.
