Nahan, May 11 -- Acting on information, the Special Investigation Unit of Sirmaur Police district in Himachal Pradesh, has arrested two drug smugglers with chitta (heroin).
The police team arrested Abhay Kagra alias Babu, resident of Balmiki Basti near Gas Godown, and his accomplice Abhimanyu Thakur, resident of Pakka Tank Nahan, and recovered 8.3 grams of chitta heroin from Abhay Kagra's residential room.
According to information received from the police, during patrolling, the team received information that these two youths were together selling drugs from Abhay Kagra's room. On receiving the information, the police took immediate action and caught both the accused and recovered heroin from their possession.
