Chandigarh, March 29 -- Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) has reconstituted its Consumer Advocacy Cell (CAC) to strengthen the rights of electricity consumers across the state.
Spearheaded by HERC Chairman Nand Lal Sharma, this initiative replaces the previous cell, established in 2018, with a revamped framework aimed at strengthening consumer rights, streamlining grievance redressal, and ensuring compliance with regulatory directives.
