Ranchi, Dec. 24 -- Jharkhand Health Minister Irfan Ansari on Wednesday said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren's vision is now clearly visible across all sectors, particularly in education and medical education, where decisive steps are being taken to strengthen the system.
