Pune, July 7 -- Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Konkan, Goa, and Madhya Maharashtra, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said today.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall with isolated extremely heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Vidarbha. Heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Marathwada, the IMD bulletin said.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are very likely at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and Vidarbha. Squally weather with wind speed 40 - 50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph is very likely to prevail along and off Konkan, Goa coasts during the next 24 hours.
