Heavy to very heavy rainfall likely at isolated places over Konkan, Goa & Madhya Maharashtra

Pune, July 5 -- Heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over Konkan and Goa and Madhya Maharashtra, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said today.

Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning very likely at isolated places over Marathwada. Squally weather with wind speed 40 - 50 kmph gusting to 60 kmph very likely to prevail along and off Konkan, Goa coasts during next 24 hours, the IMD bulletin said.



Rainfall very likely at most places over Konkan and Goa and at many places over Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha; at a few places over Marathwada during next 24 hours.

Following observations for the past 24 hrs were recorded at 0830 Hrs.
