Shimla, Dec. 14 -- Heavy snowfall and rain in parts of Himachal Pradesh disrupted life and led to postponement of winter session's proceedings of state Assembly for half-an-hour on Saturday.
The proceedings were delayed as some MLAs were stranded at Inder Prast Hotel due to heavy snowfall.
Tourist resorts Dalhousie, Manali, Kufri and Narkanda were covered with thick sheet of snow.
Dalhousie received 60 cm snowfall, Kufri, Manali 10 cm, Keylong in Lahaul Spiti and Kalpa in Kinnaur got 13 cm each and Shimla eight mm
Dharmshala recorded 86 mm rainfall, Kangra and Palampur 56 mm, Chamba 62 mm, Una 50 mm, Hamirpur 32 mm, Nahan 27.8 mm, Sundernagar in Mandi 26.8 and Bilaspur 24 mm, Mandi 22 mm, Seobadh 18 mm, Solan 17 mm, Manali and Jubberhati...
