Heavy rainfall very likely at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra

Pune, May 13 -- Heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Tuesday.

Thundersqualls with wind speed reaching 50-60 kmph are very likely at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada, the IMD bulletin said.

Thunderstorm accompanied by lightning and gusty winds reaching 40-50 kmph are likely at isolated places over Konkan and Goa and Vidarbha during the next 24 hours.

Rainfall is very likely at a few places over Vidarbha; at isolated places over Konkan-Goa, Madhya Maharashtra and Marathwada during the next 24 hours, the IMD said.
