Hyderabad, June 30 -- Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours, Meteorological Centre said today.
In a daily weather report issued here, it said that thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning and strong winds with speeds ranging from 30-40 kmph, are likely to occur at isolated places in all districts of the state during the next five days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at a few places or at many places over Telangana during the next seven days.
Southwest Monsoon has been active over the state.
Rain occurred at many places over Telangana during the last 24 hours, the report added.
