Birmingham, July 5 -- Black Sabbath's lead guitarist Tony Iommi, ahead of the band's 'Back To The Beginning Tour', has said that his nerves are getting to him, stating that performing their final show ever in their hometown is something "totally different from anything else we've done".

Speaking to BBC, the 77-year-old guitar legend said, "We're all nervous really", but he added that preparations had gone well.

"People are coming from all over the world and I just can't absorb it," he said.

Osbourne is only expected to sing four songs because of health issues and Iommi explained that rehearsals had been hard on all of Sabbath's classic lineup, who had reunited for the first time in over 20 years.
