Hyderabad, April 17 -- Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail in isolated pockets of Adilabad, Komuram Bheem Asifabad, and Mancherial districts over the next 48 hours, the Meteorological Centre said on Friday.
According to the daily weather report, maximum temperatures across the state are expected to rise gradually by 1-2degC over the next three days. The highest temperature of 43.8degC was recorded in Adilabad during the past 24 hours.
