Shimla, April 27 -- Himachal Pradesh faced another day of intense heat on Saturday and Sunday, with Una and Paonta Sahib recording the highest temperatures of the season at 40.0degC.
The weather remained completely dry across the state, with no rainfall or snowfall reported in the past 24 hours. While low hills and plains saw minimum temperatures 2-5degC below normal, mid-hill stations reported temperatures 2-6degC above normal.
Keylong was the coldest place in the state, with a minimum temperature of 1.4degC. Shimla recorded a maximum temperature of 26.6degC, which was 3.2degC above normal.
