Sambhal (UP), Oct. 28 -- The hearing on a revision petition against Congress leader and MP, Rahul Gandhi, over his alleged controversial statement concluded in an MP-MLA court in Sambhal district here in Uttar Pradesh today, and the court will deliver its verdict on November 7.
Hindu Shakti Dal President Simran Gupta had alleged that Rahul's statement, 'Our fight is not with the BJP or RSS, but with the Indian State', made during an event on January 15, hurt public sentiments and submitted a complaint to the Sambhal District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, demanding action.
