Sultanpur (UP), March 18 -- The second witness in the case of alleged controversial remarks against the Constitution-maker Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar testified in the special MP-MLA court in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday.

Prosecution sources said that the second witness testified on behalf of the complainant in the special court of Judge Shubham Verma, which fixed March 29 as the date for the summons.

"Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supporter Ram Khelawan, a resident of Bankepur Saraiya under Dhammaur police station, had recorded his statement in the court through advocate Jai Prakash," they said.
