Ranchi, Oct. 31 -- The Jharkhand High Court today heard a public interest litigation (PIL) filed over alleged irregularities in the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination conducted by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) on September 21 and 22, 2023.

The PIL seeks the cancellation of the CGL examination and demands that the entire matter be investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

A division bench headed by Chief Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan heard the case and directed that the interim order passed earlier would remain in effect until further notice.

The court has fixed November 3 as the next date of hearing.
