Ranchi, Nov. 20 -- Jharkhand Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari has announced the honorarium enhancement for Sahiya, Sahiya Sathi, Block Training Team (BTT) and State Training Team (STT) workers.
The state government has approved substantial additional incentives under the Health Sentinel Programme for the financial year 2025-26.
The minister said that these teams form the backbone of state healthcare delivery system, ensuring essential services reach every household. Respect and proper compensation for them are a rightful obligation, not a favour.
