Chandigarh, Sept. 9 -- Giani Raghbir Singh, head granthi of Sri Darbar Sahib, voiced concerns over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "delayed" visit to flood-ravaged Punjab, pressing for attention to the state's crisis.
In a media interaction, he criticized the 22-day gap in the Prime Minister's response, noting that either PM Modi or the Home Minister should have visited or addressed the situation immediately.
