Dehradun, Aug. 29 -- Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Harish Rawat has said that his party worker who abused Prime Narendra Modi's mother was 'born without a mother'. Rawat also cautioned BJP leaders to keep check on their tounges while speaking against Congress leadership.
Reacting strongly over abusive language used by a Bihar Congress worker against Prime Minister's late mother from party's stage two days ago Harish Rawat said that a true Congress worker or leader cannot speak against a mother. He said any individual using bad words for a mother cannot be called a human.
