Shimla, Oct. 31 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed that all FIRs, case records, and investigation reports related to the ongoing Rs 1,500 crore property dispute involving a historic charitable trust founded by Brahmo Samaj reformers in Shimla be produced before it at the next hearing.

The division bench of Chief Justice Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia and Justice Jiya Lal Bhardwaj issued the directive while passing a detailed three-page order yesterday.

The matter pertains to multiple criminal cases and investigations surrounding the ownership and management of the prime trust property located in the heart of Shimla.
