Shimla, Aug. 12 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court will on August 14 take up the framing of issues in the election petition filed by senior advocate and Rajya Sabha MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi, challenging the outcome of the March 2023 Rajya Sabha polls in the state.
The matter will be heard by a single bench of Justice Bipin Chandra Negi. The hearing follows a request from the counsel for BJP Rajya Sabha member Harsh Mahajan, seeking time to respond to Singhvi's submissions.
