Shimla, March 11 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court has reserved its order on an Election Miscellaneous Petition filed in connection with the Rajya Sabha election dispute between Congress leader and senior advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi and BJP MP Harsh Mahajan.
The matter came up for hearing before the single bench of Justice Bipin Chandra Negi on Tuseday, where counsel representing both sides presented their arguments regarding the issue of examination of witnesses and documentary evidence in the case.
