Mumbai, Nov. 3 -- The Bombay High Court has set aside a trial court's order directing authorities to furnish confidential documents to alleged 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Abu Jundal, clearing the way for the stalled trial to resume after nearly seven years.
Justice R N Laddha delivered the ruling, allowing a petition challenging the special court's 2018 directive.
The petition was filed by the Delhi Police as well as the Ministries of Civil Aviation and External Affairs, contesting the special court's order that had required handing over sensitive government records to Zabiuddin Ansari, also known as Abu Jundal.
