Belagavi, Dec. 18 -- : Karnataka BJP President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Thursday slammed the Congress party, saying the High Court has not cleared the Gandhi family on merits in the National Herald case, although some technical relief being granted.

Addressing the media, he said, "The court has given no clean chit on the merits, yet the Congress continues to attack central agencies and the Election Commission, attempting to divert attention from its failures."Vijayendra accused the Congress of using protests against central agencies as a political tool, calling it a fashion for the party during times of desperation.
