Mumbai, April 29 -- The Bombay High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition filed by Faheem Ansari, an acquitted accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack seeking a police clearance certificate (PCC) required to drive an autorickshaw for livelihood.
Division bench of Justices A.S. Gadkari and Ranjitsinha Bhonsale in its order agreed with the submission made by the prosecution and upheld the authorities' decision to deny the certificate, observing that the refusal was justified.
The bench, however, said that a detailed order would be released later.
