Mumbai, Dec. 22 -- The Bombay high court on Monday censured the city civic body and state government for "failure on the part of authorities to curb air pollution."A two-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad directed the BMC Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani and the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board Secretary to remain personally present in court on Tuesday during the hearing of a suo motu PIL relating to air pollution.
