Mumbai, May 12 -- In a relief for Maharashtra Water Resources Minister and senior BJP leader Girish Mahajan, the Bombay High Court has recently ordered to delete six videos allegedly defaming him, which were uploaded by two YouTubers, both of whom are journalists. Single-judge Justice Arif Doctor in its order on May eight said that videos were "prima facie defamatory and restrained journalists Anil Thatte and Shyam Giri, who own YouTube channels - Anil Gaganbhedi Thatte and Mudda from uploading any more such videos or posts that would be defamatory against Mahajan.
