Mumbai, Sept. 24 -- The Bombay High Court on Thursday directed Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut to file a reply to Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's petition against the demolition of a part of her bungalow in Mumbai by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). A division bench of Justices S J Kathawalla and R I Chagla also directed BMC ward officer to file his reply to the plea. The direction was given following Ms Ranaut's lawyer submitted in the court a DVD containing a speech in which Mr Raut allegedly made a comment threatening the actress.
