Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- The Orissa High Court has directed the State Pollution Control Board to furnish a compliance report on the measures initiated by it to curb rising air pollution in Cuttack city.
A division bench of Justice SK Sahoo and Justice V Narasingh took cognizance of a newspaper report and asked the regional officer of pollution board to file a detailed report on the measures taken by it since January to ensure compliance of environmental regulations.
