Shimla, Jan. 4 -- Himachal Pradesh High court has admitted a public interest litigation (PIL) challenging the State Government's decision to shift the office of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority(RERA) from here to Dharmshala of Kangra district.

Division bench of chief justice Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia and Justice Jiya Lal Bhardwaj in an order passed recently decided to admit the petition, questioned the administrative rationale and public interest involved in the relocation.
