Chandigarh, Aug. 20 -- In a decisive push to modernise agricultural data management, streamline land records, and strengthen census operations, Haryana's Financial Commissioner Revenue Sumita Misra today announced a series of far-reaching initiatives during a detailed review meeting with all Deputy Commissioners of the state.
Looking ahead, she also proposed the establishment of the Haryana State Revenue Training Institute on about 20 acres of land as a state-of-the-art centre for training and capacity building of revenue officials.
Dr Misra informed that the state would roll out Agristack-based crop surveys and farmer registries from the next agricultural season.
