Chandigarh, Oct. 1 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday emphasized the state's pioneering role in implementing central schemes, highlighting that Haryana has become the first in the country to fully enforce the three new criminal laws.

In line with this, an exhibition showcasing the positive outcomes of these reforms will be organized on October 3 at the Kurukshetra Development Board's fairground, with union Home Minister Amit Shah scheduled to inaugurate the event.

During a review meeting at the fairground to assess preparations for the October 3 program, Saini issued detailed directives to officials.
