Chandigarh, Aug. 18 -- Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has said that to keep Haryana at the forefront in sports and to achieve the goals of Mission Olympic-2036, the state will develop world-class sports infrastructure. As part of this initiative, five Centers of Excellence under the Sports Department will be set up across universities in the state.
Each center will focus on three different sports, thereby covering a total of 15 disciplines for training and development.
The Chief Minister instructed officials to coordinate with the respective universities and ensure timely completion of this initiative.
