Chandigarh, Dec. 20 -- The Haryana Right to Service Commission has adopted a strict approach in a case relating to a plot of the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) in Faridabad.

The Commission observed that despite clear directions issued in its interim order dated October 8, 2025, the delayed possession interest at the rate of 5.5 per cent, as stipulated in the allotment letter, has still not been paid.

The Commission termed this lapse as highly unfortunate and unjustified.
