Chandigarh, Nov. 28 -- Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said that his government was fully prepared regarding the new variant of OVID-19, Omicron.
Mr Khattar was addressing a press conference here. In this regard, continuous monitoring was being done by the health department and necessary instructions were being issued by the disaster management department from time to time.
Hinting that the development could impact proposed statewide celebrations of Gita Jayanti, he said that guidelines were being issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioners regarding the celebration of Gita Jayanti. "Special steps will be taken by the government as required," the CM said.
