Chandigarh, Nov. 26 -- The Haryana Legislative Assembly observed Constitution Day on Wednesday with a special programme celebrating the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution.
Chief Minister Nayab Saini paid tribute to Dr B.R. Ambedkar, acknowledging his pivotal role in shaping India's democratic framework. Addressing the gathering, CM Saini extended greetings to the people of Haryana and emphasized that building a stronger and empowered nation represents the true essence of the Constitution. He noted that the state government is actively working to reinforce democratic principles through policies aligned with constitutional values.
The ceremony was also attended by Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan and cabinet ministers.
