Chandigarh, Sept. 12 -- Haryana Health Minister Aarti Rao conducted a surprise inspection at Loknayak Jai Prakash Narayan (LNJP) Hospital in Kurukshetra today, prompting a flurry of activity among the hospital administration and staff.
The visit exposed several operational lapses, including a locked toilet in the women's ward, which the minister instructed a commando to break open. The action resulted in a shattered glass panel.
