Chandigarh, April 6 -- The Haryana Government has designated link officers across key departments to ensure uninterrupted administrative functioning in situations where senior officers are unavailable due to transfer, retirement, leave, training, official tours, or election duty.
As per orders issued by Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, a structured mechanism has been put in place to handle temporary vacancies in crucial positions. In the absence of the Commissioner and Secretary of the General Administration Department, the Commissioner and Secretary of the Human Resources Department will take charge as Link Officer-1, while the Commissioner and Secretary-1 of the Finance Department will serve as Link Officer-2.
