Chandigarh, May 6 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has directed action against five officers and employees of the District Transport Office in Narnaul for alleged negligence in the school bus accident near Kanina of Mahendragarh district last year.
Saini earlier assured the state Assembly that a full investigation will be initiated into the Kanina accident. After the investigation was completed, action was taken against the concerned officers.
The officers against whom action was being taken are DSP Rajkumar and Manoj Kumar, posted as District Transport Officer in Kanina at that time, Assistant Secretary Pradeep Sharma, Motor Vehicle Officer (E) Police Inspector Anil Kumar and Transport Sub Inspector Naveen.
