Kaithal, Oct. 11 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had hurt millions of Dalits and played a cruel joke with Amneet P. Kumar, widow of Y Puran Kumar, the IPS officer who committed suicide, said Rakesh Bahadur, All India Ambedkar Mahasabha president.
In a press release here today, Rakesh Bahadur has alleged that only after a complaint by Amneet Kumar, the police registered an FIR against top officers, which suggested there was a bid to hush up the matter under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
