Chandigarh, June 2 -- Taking a dig at the Congress, Haryana Minister and senior BJP leader Anil Vij on Monday said it was "disappointing" that a party which expresses its views on all national issues has failed to name the Leader of the Opposition in the state even after eight months of the formation of the government.

"Congress expresses its views on all national issues and speaks at length about the country's major problems, but they have not been able to decide the Leader of Opposition in just one unit of their own party in a single state - which is very disappointing," said Vij.

Vij was responding to a question regarding Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's visit to Chandigarh and his meeting with Haryana Congress leaders.
