Chandigarh, Dec. 22 -- Proceedings of the Haryana Assembly witnessed sharp political exchanges on the third day of the winter session on Wednesday after the Speaker admitted a privilege motion against a Congress legislator over allegations made on the floor of the House.

The House assembled at 11 am with question hour, followed by zero hour, during which Speaker Harvinder Kalyan informed members that a privilege motion moved by BJP MLA Shakti Rani Sharma against Congress MLA Induraj Narwal had been accepted. The motion pertains to remarks allegedly made by the Congress member against the BJP legislator's family.
