Hisar, May 22 -- A Hisar court on Thursday extended the police custody of Jyoti Malhotra, who was arrested on charges of spying for Pakistan, for four more days.
Jyoti was produced before the court in the morning hours under strict security.
Meanwhile, Hisar police has cautioned media (electronic, print and social media) to observe restraint while reporting on the case and not to report on the basis of sources/fiction, but print/circulate any news only after confirming from official sources.
A press note by the Superintendent of Police said that the investigation was in relation to National Security.
