Hisar, June 11 -- Around 20 students sustained injuries when security staff lathicharged them outside the Vice Chancellor office in Chowdhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU) late Tuesday night.
The students were protesting the change in scholarship policy for PG and PHD students.
Out of 20 injured students, six have been admitted to civil hospital. Police said on the complaint of students, a FIR has been registered against eight persons including security in-charge and the registrar.
