Los Angeles, Feb. 7 -- Producer Harman Baweja and director Arati Kadav are teaming up for a new project, marking their second collaboration after last year's critically acclaimed drama 'Mrs', Variety confirms.
The announcement coincides with the one-year anniversary of 'Mrs.', the Sanya Malhotra-starrer that drew widespread attention for its exploration of domestic identity and gender dynamics.
According to Variety, the film, produced by Baweja's Baweja Studios with backing from Jio Studios, reimagined Jeo Baby's Malayalam-language cult hit The Great Indian Kitchen in a North Indian cultural setting, incorporating traditions such as Karwa Chauth while chronicling the gradual erosion of a woman's sense of self.
