Hyderabad, Aug. 19 -- A striking photograph of former Minister T Harish Rao turned out to be the highlight of a photo exhibition organised by the Information and Public Relations Department in Hyderabad on the occasion of World Photography Day on Tuesday.
The picture, clicked by Hyderabad-based photographer K Durga Narasimha Rao, captured Harish Rao's expressions at a particular moment. The photograph, sent for the exhibition competition, won a special consolation prize.
During his visit to the exhibition, Information Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy was drawn to the photograph and even referred to it in his speech. He remarked that the image reflected a sense of despair in Harish Rao, commenting in a lighter vein, "What else? Everythin...
