Los Angeles, Jan. 16 -- Grammy-winning composer Hans Zimmer will create the original score for HBO's highly anticipated Harry Potter TV series.
According to Variety, Zimmer, along with his music company Bleeding Fingers Music, will be responsible for the composition, with the series set to premiere in 2027.
HBO shared the news on Instagram, quoting Albus Dumbledore: "Ah, music. A magic beyond all we do here!" and adding, "We're honoured to announce that Hans Zimmer and Bleeding Fingers will compose a new score for HBO's Harry Potter series.
