Hamirpur(HP), Dec. 10 -- In a major show of public participation, over 100 buses and numerous smaller vehicles will depart from Hamirpur on Thursday for Mandi, where the Congress-led state government is hosting the Jan Sankalp Sammelan to mark the completion of its three-year tenure.
