Hamirpur (HP), Feb. 1 -- The lower belts of Himachal Pradesh, including Hamirpur, Una, and Bilaspur, experienced moderate to heavy rain for the second day on Thursday. As a result, the temperature has fallen sharply. People are forced to take umbrellas on their heads and adorn heavy woolens to save them from the wrath of the chilly waves sweeping across the region and coming from the Dhauladhar hills of the Himalayas. Reports reaching here revealed that road traffic has come to a halt at many places in the rural areas, and power supply has also hit there.
